Our work with Schools and childrens services focuses on six clear objectives and whichever of our activities you are interested in pursuing we aim to to incorporate all of these objectives.

We want to provide Learning Outside the Classroom opportunities through short sessions that can be run within a standard school day. We want children’s minds to be stretched and to be given new ways to learn about important topics. We aim for all participants to develop their self confidence and self-esteem and for all to be treated as individuals. Everyone coming out with us for an activity should have fun and want to do more in the future. We want both children and adults to futher their understanding of the environment and the countryside, many of our activities are directly related to the changes in nature.

Finally, but of great importance, is keeping everyone coming out with us safe. We are approved by Childens Services in EastSussex and Brighton & Hove with all the expected policies and procedures firmly in place including First Aid Training, CRB checks health and safety procedures and ongoing risk assessments.
